“Malcolm X” is a limited edition of only 25. Printed on the finest Hahnemule archive paper from James’s most recent ballpoint pen masterpiece of the Civil Rights icon. The drawing took him 495 hours over 4 months to create. He painstakingly made this image of Malcolm more detailed and true to life than the photo it was based on even going so far as to remove the microphones that were originally in front, obstructing him.
